SM3 Onboard Wideband Controller

Onboard Wideband Lambda Controller a Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor can be connected directly without the need to buy a further controller. 

An additional TinyO2 second lambda controller can be installed to have 2 independant LSU 4.9 sensors measering 2 different banks.

  • Bosch LSU 4.9 BLACK
  • Bosch LSU 4.9 YELLOW
  • Bosch LSU 4.9 RED
  • Bosch LSU 4.9 GREY
  • Bosch LSU 4.9 WHITE
  • Bosch LSU 4.9 GREEN 

All cables must be connected to have a working/error free lambda controller.

Never ever leave LSU sensors electrically unconnected in the exhaust, thermoshock and condensation will kill sensors!

Status LED (LD3):

  • Blinking Fast: Heating sensor status
  • Blinking Slow: Lambda Controller normal operational

Power LED (LD4):

  • ON: Lambda Controller is powered and standby
  • Flashing: Error detected

Common Tunerstudio Settings:

  • Custom linear WB
  • Signal 4-0V = AFR 9.5   -    AFR 22.35
  • Signal 5-0V = AFR 7.35 -    AFR 22.35 (pre 2022 versions) 


Activating the onboard widebandcontroller is done by activating a "Programmable output - output Ignition G/O2controller” under TunderStudio

Not grounding the output Ignition G/O2controller will result in standbylambda controller(s).
